
Problem using jBidWatcher - Access key refused!?

I enter the email address in jBidWatcher along with the access key from the email, yet when I press 'Test', it just seems to lock up for a few seconds, then does nothing. This is also the case with pressing 'Save'. I can't find any real configuration to do on the site itself, so can't see what I might be doing wrong. For now I simply have to disable the jBidWatcher tab, and save without it... Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

It's because I can't lock old tickets. :(
Every ticket here is old, and I'm really considering shutting it all down.
