Current auctions erroneously "reported as ended" and moved to "complete" tab

Reported by Dave Burton | March 8th, 2017 @ 05:55 PM | in 2.1 Release

A strange thing happened to me today.

I had several "current" auctions pending. Five of them had snipes set. Two others were FP auctions, which I have in jbidwatcher just to remember them.

For all of them, I had manually set the shipping cost, and for three of them the shipping cost was zero.

Unexpectedly & prematurely, the three auctions with zero shipping cost (from two different sellers) moved to the "complete" tab.

I moved them back to "Current" but the "Snipe" (and Set Shipping) options were disabled. I also exited and restarted jbidwatcher, to no avail.

I moved them to Recovered, and restarted jbidwatcher, and moved them back to Current. That enabled the Set Shipping option, but the Snipe option was still disabled.

I noticed another oddity, which was that on the three auctions with the problem the "Time left" column showed the auction expiry (which is in the future), rather than the number of days & hours.

From the log file I can see that the errors happened for the three auctions at three different times:
Wed Mar 08 05:30:36 EST 2017
Wed Mar 08 13:10:48 EST 2017
Wed Mar 08 13:56:32 EST 2017

Here's the last of the three auctions which exhibited the error. It still has almost three days left, and it is still live on eBay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Micron-8GB-2-x-4GB-PC3-10600U-DDR3-DIMM-240...

But when I right-click it in jbidwatcher, and select "Show Information," this is what I see:

Micron 8GB (2 x 4GB) PC3-10600U DDR3 DIMM 240pin 1333MHz RAM Desktop Memory | eBay (112326244940)

All three auctions are still live on eBay.

Deleting the auction in jbidwatcher and then adding it anew puts things right again.

I've attached the log file and a screenshot.

Here's an excerpt from the log file, for the last of the three which failed:

The 3-Way-Brass-Ball-Valve is not the problem. That's just a FP auction that I added in jbidwatcher to remember it.

"112326244940 (Micron 8GB (2 x 4GB) PC3-10600U DDR3 DIMM 240pin 1333MHz RAM Desktop Memory" is the last of the three auctions which failed.

BTW, I also have a small suggestion, Morgan: Please make it more obvious within jbidwatcher where the "home directory" and log files are. I always forget it and have to search my computer for it. It would be helpful if you displayed the location at least on the "Report a bug" link, and also on the "Configure" page where the "Logging" option is.

P.S. - I just found the "Mark as not ended" option under "Advanced." That helps a little bit. Using that, I was able to again configure an auction to Snipe, without deleting and re-adding it.
