no automatic reload on reboot

I just missed a hugely important auction because there is no
option to automatically reload jbidwatcher on rebooting the
computer.
Not the first time.
PLEASE fix this.

I just looked back at past tickets & they go back 3 years or more without any replies.
We are all just wasting our time here. -
