No new results found for search

That's all it ever says. I just upgraded to 2.1-pre5 for Linux. Haven't used the program for a couple of years, so I deleted my JBidwatcher home folder & let JBidwatcher create a whole new folder in my home directory. No mater what I search for; RAM, hat, ball etc. All I ever get is: No new results found for search

Yes, the login test is fine.

What am I missing here?

    That's interesting, Im running Vista and this is the same issue that started happening to me within the past week, Version(2.0).
    I cleared cache, uninstalled the program, installed 2.1, but get "no new results found". I have about 40 searches that execute daily, the majority search the ebay auction title. But I do have one search that searches for auctions held by a certain ebay seller, and this is the only one that actually still works & produces search results.

    My login works fine and nothing has changed in the past week. It just seemed to stop working.

    I use Linux and have also bad search results

    My searches all use URL Search and none is working at the moment.

    My current work-around this is to use e-mail notifications and paste Auction-numbers to jbidwatcher

    This last week, this problem has been happening for me on a Mac, where my searches used to work fine. My log is full of these messages :-

    extractIdentifierFromURLString failed

    so it looks like something has changed in the pages returned by Ebay and JBidwatcher can no longer find the items on the search page.
