Minimize kills program

With a bid set, I minimized and the program hung in a silent fail. Couldn't restart, even after rebooting the OS. Tried running the installer again, no joy. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and the program ran, had not lost my bid - still set.

PS - Running Win7 Pro; After silent fail, program does not show in Task Manager.
