Greetings, There is no 2.0beta7 yet. Can you tell me the platform (operating system and Java version) you're running on, as well as the actual JBidwatcher version (it's in Help | About)?

I must have gotten confused about version by fixating on the milestone page.

    I'm using 2.0 beta6 and Java v6 update 7 (build 1.6.0_07 606)

Today the problem doesn't seem to be re-occurring.  What had been happening was that in trying to delete, it would not react at the verification pop up, and when trying to cancel a snipe it didn't react at all.  In all fairness, I did some brain salad surgery on the beast yesterday, and since, the problem is not duplicating.

Sorry if I wasted your time.

    Bill

PS Does the program work with ubuntu?

Greetings, JBidwatcher does generally work with Ubuntu, except that I believe Ubuntu normally ships with the OpenJDK version of Java, which is...not quite all there. There have been other bug reports of odd behavior with the OpenJDK version of Java, unfortunately, none of which I can reproduce with a standard Sun Java install on my available Linux boxes. (I mainly test on CentOS / Fedora, since that's what I have available.)
