Hi,
there are quite a couple of reasons why an auction can't be bid on by a specific buyer, which are discussed in detail in another ticket.
One of the most common is that a Paypal account is required by the seller and your Paypal account isn't explicitely linked to your eBay account. You have to do this manually nowadays, the times that this was done automatically are gone and away.
Sincerely,
Therese

can you tell me how to Link my PP to my ebay account ??
i will go to my preferences and see if i have it in there, but everything else has been fine and i only bid on PP auctions.
could it be that the auctions were too close together in time.. ?
how do you DO MULTIPLE auctions that are for different items, but the same seller and that go off at the same time ???
thank you Very much for helping me

Hi Lesa,
re linking Paypal:
See e.g. ticket #218
http://jbidwatcher.lighthouseapp...
Re other possible reasons see ticket #146.
You can try to call the auction page directly and do a manual bid e.g. US$1 above the current high bid. If it is rejected, too, than you surely have a reason not connected to JBW, but to eBay and requirements the seller set.
Re multiple snipes:
Do you want to get ALL items from that specific seller? Than simply set up different auctions and it should work.
If you want only one out of a bunch of comparable or identical items ending all at the same time then you can set up a multisnipe but it will be marked as 'dangerous' as JBW can't determine whether one of the bids went through before sniping the other ones. So you might end up haven bought two or more items.
A 'workaround' sometimes giving quite good results is asking the seller for his 'buy now' price or directly make an offer to him or her.
Sincerely,
Therese

Greetings,
Specifically, this response generally explains what to do, if it's a PayPal issue (the most common, as far as I've heard).
Therese's answer for multiple items is spot-on, it depends on whether you want all of them, or just one of many.
