Dutch auction again

The high bid was $0.99, 20 items available. One bid already in. I tried to BID, and JBW said that the minimum bid is %1.04. I didn't put a bid in since I didn't want to have $1.04 in. I went to the auction and it accepted $0.99

JBidwatcher doesn't prevent you from putting in a bid that's below what it thinks is the minimum legal bid.
You could have bid through JBidwatcher, and it would have tried to place it.
Still, I'll try to find a way to figure out the correct current minimum bid...
